The wait is over! The Musician of the Month for November will be the rock band Queen. Every one of you has heard a song from this prolific band, whether it's "We Are the Champions" or "We Will Rock You." But one of my favorite things about this group is how they are able to sing and play in many different styles. Listen to "Bohemian Rhapsody" and you will hear 4-part choral singing, slow ballad solos, and hardcore rocking out!

Queen is a British rock band formed in London in 1970.
They originally consisted of Freddie Mercury (lead vocals, piano), Brian May (guitar, vocals), John Deacon (bass guitar), and Roger Taylor (drums, vocals).
By the early 1980s, Queen was one of the biggest stadium rock bands in the world.
The band has released a total of 18 number one albums, 18 number one singles, and 10 number one DVDs.
They received the Outstanding Contribution to British Music Award from the British Phonographic Industry in 1990, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001.
