Music To Describe Pictures in Year 3

Year 3 have been doing some great work in their last unit, learning all about how music can describe places, people and feelings. In their final task, they were given a picture and had to work together in a group to create music that described it.

This video shows some examples of their work, how do you think they got on?

  2. I think they all did a great job because they really have putted effort in the music, and they have really thought about how the music should have sound in the places you have gave them. I also have noticed that a boy that have played on the xylophone, a note was wrong but I think he was really good that he didn't panic because he played a wrong note, because if he had panic his team will need to start again.

  3. That was great, I really liked the river one and the city one and the forest one. It was so good that I felt as if I was actually in the place. Although the foot that appeared in the first or second one was disturbing. Katherine(5L)
