Musicians of the Month - Coldplay

Our new musicians of the month for May are Coldplay.


  • They are one of the biggest bands in the world at the moment and are from the UK.
  • They were formed in 1996 and have previously been called 'Pectoralz' and 'Starfish' before sticking with 'Coldplay' in 1998.
  • There are four band members - Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion.
  • Some of their most famous songs include 'Viva La Vida', 'Yellow' and 'Paradise'.
