Year 6 Exhibition Song - Who We Are

Year 6 - here is a recording of your exhibition song. The big night is only a week away, so it's time to get learning the words.

WHO WE ARE

Jumping from the jetty to the cool sea below
Playing with my buddy, whose name I’ll always know
Entering the blue gates, my first day at school
Winning with my friends in a game of dodgeball

Walking to the classroom, meeting all my friends
Going on the school camps, adventure never ends
Cartwheels and handstands, running round the track
Drawing, painting, sketching, trading match attacks.

That’s who we are,
That’s who we are,
All different but yet the same,
One people with different names,
That’s who we are
That’s who we are.

Principled, caring inquirers all are we,
Balanced, open minded to everything we see,
Risk taking, courageous, strong communicators
Knowledgeable, thinkers, lyrical creators.

CHORUS

Different dreams and different hopes we’re all unique,
Different passions, different goals.
There’s a big, big difference as everyone can see
But we’re connected like one big family

Designer or inventor, marine biologist,
So many different paths that could still exist,
Will I be a doctor, an actor or a vet?
A footballer, a tennis star, nothing’s chosen yet.

CHORUS
