Year 6 - Writing Chord Progressions

In year 6 we're learning about song writing. In this process, we have been looking at chord progressions and how these are used as building blocks for songs.

The children then created their own chord patterns and played them together in groups using a combination of different instruments.

The next step will be to create lyrics and melodies and fit them to the chord progressions.
